In Memory of Greg Burke

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Greg Burke

Peacefully at home, with family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, July 23, 2021, at the age of 53. Beloved husband and partner in crime of Sonja Burke (née Giles), for 34 years. Loving and devoted dad of Sienna, Jaime, and Riley. Cherished son of John Burke (Bonnie). Loving brother of Brian Burke. Fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law, Stephen (Jayme) Giles, Shayne (Mia) Giles; and Gary’s wife, Dorothy. Dear son-in-law of Diane Giles and Ken Giles (Dorothy). Predeceased by his mother, Lucy; brothers, Dave and Gary; and sister-in-law, Debbie Burke. He will be missed by his best friends: John Meredith, John Bumstead, Paul Frolick, and their wives, Serena and Suzanne. Much loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Greg was a committed employee of Vicwest for 33 years and a loyal friend to our great neighbours. Greg will be missed by all who knew him.
